Q:  Is furniture included as part of rent?
A:  We have furnished suites but if you want to bring-in your own furniture, you are welcome to bring your own also.

Q:  Do you allow month to month leases?
A:  Yes, we have short and long term lease options available.

Q:  Can I move middle of the month?
A:  Yes, we can accommodate your move-in any day of the month.

Q:  How much is the move-in cost?
A:  We require at least 1-month’s rent as deposit, plus pro-rated charges of the month you are moving in.  If the tenant is not credit worthy, we may seek extra pre-paid rent.

Q:  How to get an application started?
